Everything You Need to Know about Matte Laser Printable Wristbands

Matte laser-printable wristbands put the entire printing process in your hands. Load your own artwork and text, then add variable data — a guest's name, a sequential number, a QR code, or a barcode — exactly when you need it. Each print run produces a full sheet of wristbands, so you can print a fresh sheet on demand as guests arrive, or print multiple sheets in advance for the whole event. The sheets work in any standard desktop laser printer as well as production-grade laser printers, and the smooth matte surface gives clean, glare-free, easy-to-read results.

Made from a cotton and cellulose blend engineered to run safely through standard laser printers. This is the classic option: a noticeably thicker, heavier band with a substantial feel. It is reliable and durable for everyday identification and event use — the choice for anyone who prefers a matte look over gloss. Each band is fitted with a strong adhesive closure and tamper-proof security cuts that make it impossible to remove in one piece or transfer to another person, and measures 250 mm long and 19 mm wide.

Serial numbers: every laser printable wristband carries a unique pre-printed number — no two bands in your order are alike. Sequential numbering is not applied by default; if you need it, note your preferred series in the order comments. Two formats are available:

• Hundreds: XYZ001–XYZ500 (e.g. 578001–578500), where XYZ are 3 randomly assigned digits
• Thousands: XY0001–XY1000 (e.g. 570001–571000), where XY are 2 randomly assigned digits

The leading digits are random and cannot be chosen; you may request a specific sub-range within a series. Without a note at checkout, sequential numbering cannot be guaranteed.

We provide a reference template to help you get started with printing your own wristbands. Please note that template setup is printer-specific — margins, alignment, and calibration differ from one printer model to the next, so our template may need adjustment before it works correctly on your device. Creating a template that matches your exact printer is the customer's responsibility; while we're happy to share our starting template, we are not able to create or troubleshoot custom templates for individual printer types.
